1. Fees include VAT at the prevailing rate.

2. In order for your booking to be processed you must agree to the terms and conditions. Your poster is not guaranteed until you have received your confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your booking being made, you should contact Profile Productions by email, at info@profileproductions.co.uk.

3. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be made in writing via email to info@profileproductions.co.uk. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the opening day of the event, and will be refunded the full amount of the poster(s). We are unable to accept cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the opening day of the event.

4. If you have chosen the High-Quality Vinyl service where your poster is posted back to you via Royal Mail, the poster will be despatched back to you within 7 working days after the close of the event. In the event where you do not receive you poster please contact us as soon as you can. However, please note we cannot be responsible in the event of loss due to Royal Mail.
